Staalmeesters

It all began with simple rolling- and bending services when Staalmeesters was established in 1990. But times have changed and we continuously try to deliver customized high quality work. Looking ahead, we continue to work on new developments in our business.

In addition to section rolling, Staalmeesters also offers aluminium bending, plate rolling, HD-plasma-cutting, special press braking and heavy welding constructions.

With our current machinery we are able to do CNC section rolling up to Wx 570 cm3, plate rolling up to 3000 x 25 mm, press and press braking up to 950 tons, CNC HD plasma cutting (260A), maximum size 9.5 x 3 meters. Welding according to EN-287 for Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds and ABS. Our maximum lifting capacity is 15 tons with a lifting height up to 8 meters.

Not everyone is already familiar with our range of options. By giving you some examples of the services we offer, hopefully you will find your way to Staalmeesters: profiles for internal transport, railway construction, automotive- and aircraft industry, construction spans, aluminum tent profiles for spans up to 50 meters, conical bended light poles, hulls and cones used for silos and engineering and reducers for the off-shore.
